All proceeds raised through this event are in aid of the Gary Kelly Cancer Support Centre Drogheda, Co. Louth, who supports people living with cancer and their families throughout the North East Region and surrounds – free of charge.
The Charity is not in receipt of ongoing Government funding, open 5 days a week with late evening services and relies on the support to the business and public for funding in order to continue with its work.In excess of 8,000 clients visits were recorded in 2018 with running costs of approximately €400,000.00
